WYZhire is a market place and an ecosystem for IT Staffing. The client can register and post their open jobs for free. These jobs are published to the registered vendors who can submit their candidates who are on their W2. The vendors can register for free and upload all their available candidates into the portal. The vendor can submit their candidates when they see a matching job. The vendor can set up filters to receive/see the open positions of their choice. The vendors, clients, and the candidates can be rated. This helps in knowing what kind of vendor/client/candidate you work with. The client can request the right to represent, Employment eligibility documents and a short video of the candidate through the platform. The vendor can present their candidates from the phone. The client can view the resume and watch the candidate video from the mobile device.
